Credit Report Authorization. By signing and submitting this application, you authorize Bayline Commercial Finance Group and its lending partners to obtain business and personal consumer credit reports and to make any other inquiries they deem necessary to evaluate this request, and any future update, renewal, extension, or collection of credit. This authorization applies to each owner and guarantor identified above.
